Please fill the form which is on your right, put your details and describe the problem as much as you can describe, our service department will create a service ticket for you and a Certified technician will get back to you as soon as possible with the appropriate solution.

We may need to inspect your computer/laptop for the hard quote, Our friendly staff will let you know whether inspection required or not, If required then they will ask you to drop your laptop/computer at the workshop.

We do offer pick and drop facility for Auckland, North Shore, Waitakere and North Shore at very reasonable price. We have special tie-up with urgent courier they do pick and drop for us. Pickup is available from 8:30am to 2:30pm in the evening. It’s 100% safe, secure and most of all pickup is insured.
Drop to Us
You are more than welcome to drop your Mac, iMac, windows computer/laptop at our “Mt Roskill” workshop which at “46A Staveley, Avenue, Mt Roskill”. We are open from Monday to Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm and until 1:00pm on Friday. Kindly book time first.
Send to Us
Do not worry if you are not living in Auckland. You can send your computer/laptop at to our Mt Roskill workshop and we will send that back to you after repair. Please make sure you laptop is wrapped properly and kindly write your service ticket number on the top. Kindly put fragile sticker as well.
