Hourly rate will be applied in case of On-site service, as there would be a dedicated technician assigned to you and will be working just for you.
He will diagnose the problem in first 5 to 10 minutes because you are paying an hourly rate and it’s our responsibility to send an appropriate technician who is expert in described problem along with the appropriate certifications.

Technician will explain the diagnosed problem with most effective solution. It is our responsibility to give you an economical and effective way for repair whether it’s economical to fix on-site or need to be taken in to the workshop.
If you don’t want the proposed repair then we will charge you minimum service charges only.
“Say good bye to hourly rate”, we don’t charges hourly rate for workshop repair. we will give you quotation for the repair first and if you are agree then we will go ahead.
We can fix software problems via remote support. We offer remote support at $ 70 per hour for next business day and the premium rate will be charged for same day service and on weekends.
