It depends on the nature of repair your want or required as per your requirement.
Workshop Repairs :- This is most economical and efficient model for repair. In this case we fix your laptops or desktops at our workshop where we have all the resources and tools. This model is recommended for 85% cases but it does have it’s own limitations. This model is not recommended in some cases such as Internet and wireless setup at you home or office, if repair invoice multiple devices which are available onsite, if you have many devices to fix.
Remote Support :- This is our method for troubleshooting software related problems using special software’s via Internet. We can fix 70% software problems by this method. This is economical but not much efficient in many cases. It does required customer’s involvement in some case. This is highly recommended if you need instant support for software installation, configuration and troubleshooting such as Windows update, virus removal, software installation, Outlook Setup, E-mail configuration etc.
Onsite Service :-In this case our Geeks will come to you to fix your computer problems. Our Geeks are certified by Apple, Microsoft and Cisco, They have well hands on experience and they are able to fix almost every problem onsite. This repair is expensive then all other repairs. This model does have it’s own limitation because many hardware problems cannot be fixed onsite. this model is not recommended in case of hardware issues such as motherboard replacement, screen replacement etc.
