For your convenience and to save your precious time we do provide pick and drop facility for Auckland region at very reasonable cost. We will pick your laptop or desktop from your home or office and after repair deliver it back at your desired location within Auckland.
Pickup can be performed between 8:30am to 4:00pm and drop-off will be done same time as per your convenience from Monday to Friday.

What you have to send along with the laptop/desktop..?
We will recommend you to send following:-
- Power adapter and power cords.
- All CD’s and DVD’s supplied by manufacturer.
- Enclosed the disk for the program you want to install.
- External drive if you want us to do DATA backup.
How to pack laptop for Pickup..?
In case of pick-up your laptop or desktop will not go to courier warehouse. We use point to point couriers, they will pick from you and directly delivered to us by hand. Pickup guys are aware from the sensitivity of Laptops and Desktops. They always handle them with care but it’s highly recommend to pack your laptop gently.
For laptop – Please enclose your laptop in the carry case and make sure everything is enclosed in the bag and bag is zipped properly. This will be more safe if you can put the laptop bag in a box and if you can use some waste papers for extra padding.
For Desktop or Other devices – This will be highly recommended to enclose your desktop, printer or other devices in the original packing or find an appropriate box for the same but if you are unable to do so then please put a note while filling the pickup form.
